Tender Core - Where Pleasure is a Gateway to your Liberated Self.

Supporting overgiving women + queer people to learn to receive pleasure so they can strengthen their capacity for deep authentic connection and intimacy.

Tender Core is a movement of pleasure activism and radical self expression as a form of rebellion against the capitalist narrative that keeps us disconnected, dis-regulated and isolated from caring for and sharing our true selves.

Tender Core is the creation of Quinn Kush, a pleasure artist, somatic pleasure coach, intimate bodyworker and transformational trailblazer. This work blends the elements of somatic practices, group work, creative processes, touch therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, habit re-formation, self-expression and play to help babes step out of old cycles of overgiving, auto-pilot and people pleasing and into their liberated selves.
